All of these pieces are made from 100% preshrunk cotton .
They are machine washable and dryable. Everytime you wash these covers they will
get softer and softer. They feel a lot like your favourite old shirt.
We purchase the printed fabrics and use them for the fronts of these duvet covers. For the backs of the covers we do all of the dying ourselves using the same fabric from which our 100% cotton basics are made. High quality dyes are used to colour our sheets so if you follow
our washing instructions the colour will stay strong for a very long time. Dying is done by hand,
in small batches and this means that there may be slight variations between dyelots.
The images below are scans of the actual fabric and show about 30cm by 22cm (12in by 8.75in) of the print. When you select any of the prints you will be able to see an image that shows the colour of the duvet cover's back. The name of the colour of the back is also shown so that it is easy to coordinate sheets.
We try to keep our prints interesting and that means they change frequently. Usually we buy enough to make just a few duvet covers so the selection on this page will be updated often. Please don't get mad at us if the cover you simply must have is no longer available. Just like everything at bed they are all sold individually so you can mix and match
colours.
